ffffff (Banned from YouTube)
Well, I'm stuck never having a YouTube account again I guess. Here's the story!
A long time ago I uploaded a handful of beatmania IIDX background videos. Shortly after that, all but one of them was removed because of a copyright claim. Alright, whatever, no problem. I kept on using YouTube on the same account for a long time after that, definitely over a year, no idea exactly how long. Then, about a week ago that final remaining IIDX video I had uploaded WAAAY back got removed for copyright infringement, and my YouTube account suspended. Now those IIDX videos were the only thing I ever uploaded that were a problem, and I think it's pretty darn stupid to ban me now because they missed one friggin' over a year ago. I tried to contact them and explain the situation but they didn't even reply at ALL.
Last night I decided to just create a new account to try to start to rebuild my favorites list at least (I had 4 pages of favorites), as well as fave some new things. Well, this morning I discovered my newly created account has been banned too! For no reason other than I guess they determined it was me creating a new account. (I DID use a totally different email address)
So it look like I'll never be able to favorite and easily get back to anything on YouTube ever again. Argh. This is just stupid.
Anyway, for the easily amused of you out there, I leave you with this video that you can't not laugh at. It's another one of those Japanese Ronald McDonald things, but this one is great.
