Why mark out places like Goswick and Cruden Bay as opposed to, I don't know, Edinburgh and Aberdeen?

And there's something in the sea? Or on the sea bed? And why's that one green one marked out?

These are not my markings. I'm afraid the crosshairs are each meant to mark an individual "something."

As for the green mark, I wasn't able to retrieve that information. It could be anything from a mothership to the queen of a hive to the location of an undersea base.

I can verify that it is neither the Eocenes nor the Deep Fiends. If those Graptars you intercepted are still about, you might ask them. They ordinarily prefer colder waters; it is remarkably odd that they would choose the Thames at mid-summer for a base of operations, unless they were avoiding something.
