Testing for wellness..why dont they?

Apr 07, 2010 11:26

You know those days when youre on the top of your game? you feel aggressive in a good way and alive.. you only want food thats GOOD for you to the point where you look at choclate chip cookies and think 'nah, I'd rather have an apple'.. where youre coming up with great ideas faster than you can use them..and actually bothering to write them down... when you actually DO the dishes, and clean up things.. cheerily and quickly to get them done.. rather than dragging through them as chores... you know .. the GOOD days.

Why dont they test for THOSE days.. to see whats different about THEM blood and brain chemistrywise compared to what we consider 'normal' or bad days...

I'm sure there have been a lot of tests done on folks .. who are sick, or depressed or suffering with Fibro or other debilitating problems.. but has anybody been thinking to take a BASELINE of a GOOD day to see whats different? and if its sustainable?

Just thinking out loud here, and seeing if anyone has thoughts on the same subject.. which is I imagine what journals are for...
