"If a patron orders a regular popcorn, you should suggest further sales by asking, 'Would you like an ice-cold regular soda with your order?' Likewise, if a patron's order lacks popcorn, you should ask, 'Would you like to try any of our fresh hot buttery popcorn this evening...' If a patron has neglected to order any candy, you should suggest 'some of our delicious candy to go along with your order...'"

"Whenever a customer orders any popcorn always ask, 'Do you want any extra buttery topping?'"

Do ya, punk, do ya? This is, however, helpful in telling me how to refer to that stuff. I figured "artificially butter-flavored grease" was prolly not the correct term, but "buttery topping" is positively charming. So, yeah, got the job. Also, apparently the managers are killer internet active, so, uh, SHHH.
