"Mowage is what bwings us together..."
I got married yesterday.
"But Joe, I thought you WERE married?"
Yeah, that was a civil ceremony in Vegas. No, not with Elvis, but an actual wedding ceremony. BUT! It was not recognized by the Roman Catholic church. My wife and I have been putting things together so we could get married, "legally", on the day we first met ten years ago. February 5th, 1998 was the first day I met my wife. Blind date actually. We went to see a movie at a theater that was having a grand opening a week before they opened their doors to the public.
Three years after we first met, we got married in Vegas. The whole thing was planned. We got married at the Riviera Hotel/Casino. It was very nice.
Now, we are married as a Sacrament with the Church's blessing. Yeah us!
