most active day ever

Woke up. Walked up to upper Haight to drop off videos. Had oatmeal. Decided to climb Buena Vista Park (big damn hill). Climbed it. Walking home. Ran into friends George and Edwin. They suggested a bike ride. Okay. Road out to the ocean. Road along Ocean out to Sloat. Road back home. 17 mile ride.

All this on a sore body --still achey from yesterday's Yoga practice, and walk to the Ocean.
