Now everything is going into high gear
Right now I should be doing homework (which I have been) but, I need a break to write things out. Woo. We are closing on the house on Monday and we are all on our toes about how much it is going to cost to close on the house. I don't want to walk into the closing and be blown away on how much it is going to cost us. My mom is helping with everything regarding the closing because that is what she does for a living. She is going to let me know tonight on exactly what to expect. I wanted to know because I wanted to know what money we have to work with after we close. Karl and I took care of a lot in the last week with the house. We went on craigslist to find a washer and dryer and it was only $125. We ended up finding a very nice refrigerator at Lowe's on a scratch and dent sale. It only had a few little dents on the side of it (which you won't see when it is installed because that side faces the cabinets in the house.) We also picked up a bunch of things really cheap at thrift stores. Now at this point the only big thing we need to do is paint.
We started with Funds two in class and of course we are getting the run around with that. There is so much work to be done, which reminds me, I'm going to go now because I have so much to do. Bye!
