It's only beginning to sink in that the screenings and the awards have all taken place. It's been so amazing... I'm sure I'll be crying a little throughout the day. Although I had hopes, I never expected that the film would win an award, nevermind two. One from the audience and a second from women in film. It's so intune with the reasons I made the film. Thank you everyone. I'm certain the film will have the opportunity to be seen all over. And judging by the number of powerful emails I've already recieved where people share their stories with me... I know it's going to do some good.
