Tired.
It still feels like I have so much to do.
Tomorrow I'm going to try and finish all of my Christmas shopping and try to construct the rest of my gifts. Some of which I'm hoping to make EPIC.
Spent Thursday mainly in a state of joy. Hung around with Steve in the day and watch Daredevil and the Punisher. Got home around dinner time. Hitched a ride to Serenne's where we went to the Dew to drink. Got back to her place, got toasted and played Mario Kart till 3:30 am. At which point we all decided to sprint around in the storm that was occuring outside. It was absolutely beautiful. The sky was completely blue from all the lightning. And the winds were insane. Saw a tree get uprooted. Got shoved around (literally) by nature. Nature also decided to poke me in the eye with it's various pine needle like fingers, which is when going inside seemed like a good prospect. Fell asleep sometime after 5am. Arose at 11. Bused home to find a complete wreakage.
A tree had fallen straight through my neighbours roof into her kitchen, knocking out her balcony on its way down. Our power was out from Thursday night till late Saturday night.
Friday I spent three hours sleeping with my sister in her bed attempting to attain some warmth. Family decided to head out to the mall. Did some shopping, then went out for Japanese for dinner. Julia went out to a party and dad went for a walk so me and mom sat around and played an invigorating game of Scrabble. Actually used all the letters this time and beat mom by 10 points.
Saturday I had to work in the morning so went over to my Uncle John's so that I could blow dry my hair. Had a breakfast of biscotti, coffee and Kraft Dinner. After work got a lift to the skytrain and headed to Alexa and Jordan's for his birthday o'doom. Went to Guu for dinner and creamed myself as I devoured everything. Got nicely buzzed off the pitchers of cocktails and beers we kept ordering. Fun fun night with awesome peoples. Wish I could have stayed later. I shakes my fist at the length of my commute.
Worked Sunday and was stressed the fuck out. Got home, had a fabulous dinner and watched the new episode of Frisky Dingo. aka, the best show on television. Look it up on youtube.
Monday, up early. Spent most of my day lazing around at Steve's reading graphic novels. Had some really good apple crisp at Tony Roma's.
Watched the Pursuit of Happyness tonight. It was pretty good I suppose. I did enjoy Will Smith. He will always be my fresh prince however :)
