Fact o' life school sucks and essays are well lame.
My tip for a sore back is to get up once every two hours and stretch it out by doing crunches. It may not look like it but I, the weakest giant, do half an hour of this every day and I have not had a backache in three months. Laying on the floor, on your back, for half an hour can also help.
