Ooo, deftly done! I love the acknowledgement that Ed and Winry aren't the world's most conventional couple, but that it works for them. It certainly makes them more human, more real. Think I have to add this to memories.

Thank you! I definitely think Ed would prefer to be a nonconventional couple - look at what he's witness as far as (arguably) conventional couples go - his parents, the Rockbells, the Hughes. He might be a little superstitious there.

Wow. I like the descriptions of the elliptical orbits of the satellites but I'm a sucker for celestial mentions (and in an Ed/Win fic, too!).

Thank you! It was really weird, because I saw the prompt and the last two lines of the fic popped into my head, so I basically wrote this backwards. It's not a system I would recommend.
