A/N: Written for the pjo_fic_battle, with the prompt Percy/Annabeth/Nico, four. Yes, this is the someday, far in the future, happy ending to the giant OT3 fic that I'm totally going to write this summer, no, really.

Percy may not be the master debater of all time, but the kid knows how to make a pitch to get what he wants :) His strategy mostly consists of, "be cute and charming, and it'll probably work." Glad you liked!

I adore how you always manage to make Percy so sexy without needing to be explicit about it. Subtly sexy Percy is amazing. And I loved the description of Annabeth and the difference between sex and trying to have a baby, and Nico! This line - and normally he’s not this nice, because he gleefully spoils the endings of books and movies to Percy and Annabeth all the time - was so perfect for him! Loved it all-around, basically.

I need to get an OT3 icon if it's going to keep cropping up like this...

I have a theory as to why Percy ends up that way, and seriously, I'm TOTALLY going to write this fic so that I can explain it. BUT THIS WAS FUN! There are so many little things I'm noticing that I'm rereading that are from my head canon that I need proper explanation, but I'm glad you liked it! The prompt was kind of totally begging for this.

I saw this prompt and was so hoping someone would write it this way. Not that there are a lot of ways it could have gone, but still... lol.

Everything was perfectly great, starting with Percy suggesting that they start a family. Of course he would be the one to do it. Nico and Annabeth's reactions were spot on as well, in my opinion. I can't imagine Annabeth not weighing the risks over the benefits first.

I agree, trying for a baby is so much different than just having sex. The sense of responsibility would be huge. Personally, I'd much rather be surprised with it. It'd be a whole lot less terrifying. ...Then again, Percy didn't seem too nervous about it, hahaha.

I love how Nico was the first to find out. Having him use his ability to see life auras to detect a pregnancy is genius. I probably never would have thought of that. The idea of Nico having his own special secret to keep is just too cute ( ... )

Let me just say, writing fanfiction is totally worth it when fans take the time to leave awesome feedback like this :)

In my head, Percy is not too nervous about this because he is just convinced, totally, that Everything Will Be Okay. He's the hero of Olympus! Everything else can be worked out. If that makes any sense. And yeah, Annabeth is the one going,
"We know the danger of raising kids like this, we're not naive like our parents" but how could you not want this with Percy and Nico? YOU CAN'T. Of course she wants this!

Also Sally Jackson needs a grandbaby.

Not gonna lie, the Nico thing occurred to me when I sat down to think of his section and went holy hell, he'd be all up in this business because to him, creating a life = big deal. So it was basically a ton of fun to write, because all I want is to make these three poor kids happy :D

Oh gosh, could you imagine Sally as a grandma (and Paul as a grandpa)? Best. Grandparents. Evar. Someone needs to write this.

I KNOW RIGHT? Me and my beta may have talked about this a little bit... Paul's going to be a little surprised when Percy starts calling him Grandpa, like, from the day they know Annabeth's pregnant, because, it's not like Percy calls him "Dad" even though him and Percy get along really really well? But, no, Percy makes it pretty clear his role in this kid's life.
