More huge earthquakes in Christchurch. I'm not there at the moment, and I don't like it though my mother is pleased. My cats and friends and house are okay. I think some things broke in our kitchen but not too much.

So there that is. 5.8, 5.3 and then a 6.0 Hrrgghhh.

Luckily the one thing that broke was one singular Turkish coffee cup. Helios is flipping out so bad, but the other two are chill. The humans are now calm as well.

Helios seemed to have calmed down a bit now, he's sucking on my blanket and purring. Poor traumatised cat.

He's quite happy now. And Echo is asleep between my knees.

I thought of you, as soon as I heard the news. I knew you were in the states but I imagined you would have been worried about friends back "home" I can't understand how poor ole Christchurch has been rocked so bad. When I was living in that hemisphere, I never heard of any earthquakes in NZ. It's so scary and I love the country so much, it make my heart sad to know it's happening there.

Stay strong *ginormous hugs*
