My Deathly Hallows 5 Things List
Because it's the subject of every discussion I've had lately.
5 Things I want to happen (and probably will)
1. RAB is Regulus Black, who is a) not dead, b) not a Deatheater, and c) helps Harry find Horcruxes.
2. Dumbledore pulls an Obi Wan and aids harry from beyond the grave.
3. Lucius leads an Azkaban uprising and the Deatheaters stage a jailbreak.
4. Wormtail plays a small but crucial role in saving Harry/defeating Voldemort, due to the life debt from POA.
5. Harry dies.
5 Things I want to happen (and probably won't)
1. Snape and Lily have a tragic/romantic past, explaining everything- Harry should have been Snape's son and Lily should have been his wife, thus the hate and the angst and the guilt.
2. Fred and George get more attention and stay comic relief to a certain extent.
3. Neville saves the day, and just generally pwns.
4. MWPP-flashbacks or backstory. Any backstory.
5. We get to see the inner workings of the Deatheater camp and we never mention Cho Chang again.
5 Things I want to happen (and definitely won't)
1.Scruffy!wino!Ron and Victor Krum have a smackdown duel to end all personal vendettas between them.
2. Harry dies in Chapter 3 and *gasp* the rest of the book is NOT devoted to angsting over his death.
3. Sirius appears, even if it's at the end of somebody's wand.
4. Ginny comes back to her senses and leaves Harry for Dean.
5. Ron and Hermione get married in an unconventional way, possibly after both of them are ghosts in a ceremony officiated by Nearly Headless Nick. Just Because.
