steven's Southside Site
steven wants to interview me, along with Gates (now a rev in an impoverished local neighborhood) and 3 other unlike (unalike?) people for the Weekly Reader to promo the website. since i'm already struggling, trying to force myself to write an essay, 2-3 profiles and an artist's bio ... and because i'm so massively conflicted about being a part of this whole thing which involves some of the most traumatic years of my life (3 men i loved were killed in a 6-year-span, and Michael swindled his way into my heart), i said no interview but gave him Kathy Kemp's #. she'd be perfect, i think. she's' been writing for the News and Post Herald for 15 years or so and she's written two great books, The Beauty Box about small town beauty shops and ??? can't for anything remember the first ... aha! to the library site.
