Busy day already, many more things to do!
- got up early despite late night - need to get to bed on time!
- did morning routine
- got exercise - biked 50 minutes to day camp and back home - new mode of transportation as car is being shared, from home to Broadway and back. That's not even a steep hill on the bridge but it sure was hot today! I even did two left turns in traffic (I am scared to bike in traffic but getting better at it, had a scare when someone in a big truck passed me too close though)
- helped Emily C. at day camp with kids for 3 hours, challenging, as some kids had disabilities I was not familiar with but a good learning experience and fun
- now at home, helped Sarah do BCNG embroidery guild stuff
- time for more thesis work tonight - much editing will happen - finish up integrating chapter 1
- if time, for breaks, work on unpacking belongings, sorting crafts. Time to seriously purge material possessions for longterm, simplified living (and moving) purposes
I think it would be cool to make the downstairs big room into a den area, or an actual organized multi purpose room with some seating or place to do art / crafts. To do that, I will sort and donate a lot of craft supplies.
