Quickie
I was out of town for 10 days, relaxing in my little paradise. The thing about it is that there's no electricity, no internet, no cell phone reception. And I really enjoyed being completely free from those obligations, even though I enjoy knowing what's going on in people's lives and posting my mindless opinions and whatnot.
In fact, this very morning I am fighting against being sucked back into the vortex of the internet.
I have costuming to do, for FaerieWorlds Harvest (which I may not be going to, even though I bought tix....).
I have jobs to apply to.
I have some chapters to write in one story, and a script to write for another.
I have transcribing to do.
I have hooping to do.
I need to wog.
I have 9 books to plow through.
And shower, and dress, and have brekkie.
Somehow, life was more simple when every day I ran by my whims, hiking, rowing, fishing, writing, and doing a LOT of reading (4 books in 10 days...wahoo!).
I need to re-organize my priorities.
But first: I cannot, for the life of me, find a screencap of Aliena from The Pillars of the Earth, wearing that blue/gold dress she had on for a scene, the one I fell in love with. Maybe I am mis-remembering? But I need a screen cap! My addiction to Pinterest demands it! :P

Also, making it a mission to send some happy mail to random folks, either in gifts or just notes of hello. This makes me proud.
Oh, and my tomatoes are tree-sized now. Wahoo!
And I'd post pics of my costume progress, but I can't get them off my phone and onto my computer. Fuuuu....
And I have a Plan. A Plan like I have not had in 9 months. Muahahaha! I am pleased.
Forgive me if I don't catch up fully- I still love you and am supportive of your life- I'm just trying to sort stuff out right now. Thanks!
