character relationships.
One of Kate's friends and teammates from home. During mirage week in Goblin Kingdom, he was the only one that she saw. She pushed aside the idea that she might actually have feelings for him, at least until he arrived in the Facility and that was all brought up again. During no inhibitions week, they ended up sleeping together. After a long talk the following week, they decided to slow things down and take it one step at a time. Honestly, there's some resistance to the idea on her side, but she's trying. She cares about Tommy a lot and the only real reason for the resistance is her fear of romantic relationships with anyone. So far though, it's actually been pretty good. A lot more successful than her attempt at home to form a relationship with Eli, at least.
Cape/Friend/Boyfriend/Confidant/Family/Suitemate
Another one of Kate's teammates and friends from home. Specifically, Billy is one of her best friends. He probably knows her better than anyone else, with the exception of Tommy. To put it simply, Kate loves Billy a lot. In a completely platonic sense, of course. She's very protective of him and his feelings, though this could be said about any of her teammates, and will do just about anything for him. He's one of the people she worries about the most here, considering his habit of disappearing.
Cape/Friend/Confidant/Family/Suitemate
The third of Kate's teammates to show up in the Facility. She was actually really happy to see Teddy, even if feeling that way made her feel like kind of a jerk. She could use the help to take care of Billy. Teddy is another person Kate is really close to and is basically the nicest member of the Young Avengers. He also happens to give the best hugs ever.
Cape/Friend/Family/Suitemate
Dick's a nice guy, another superhero and very family oriented. All of those things gain him big points in Kate's book. Plus, he helped (read: forced) she and Tommy make up after their fight following I Quit week. He's kind of like everyone's big brother and being around him is nice. He's also the goddamn Batman and has a habit of jumping out of windows.
Cape/Friend
A capable fighter and very friendly when not under the effects of an experiment. They got into a fight during no inhibitions week but have since made up. Kate has a great deal of respect for Suki's abilities. Right now Suki is one of Kate's closest friends. Which is good because she really needs to hang out with more girls.
Friend/Confidant/Sparring Partner
Another person that came in at the same time as Kate. Timothy's a bit on the quiet side but he's a kind person and has a sense of humor very similar to Kate's. She's protective of him just like she is with all her friens and is more than willing to help him with anything that he can't handle himself. She trusts him quite a bit and has to respect his desire to stand up for himself despite lack of powers or any formal training. In their time in the Facility, he's become one of her closest friends. He's basically a cape now without actually being one.
Honorary Cape/Friend/Confidant/Suitemate
Jonathon is a friend of Timothy's from home. Kate greeted him when he first arrived and since then they've spent a lot of time together. They've actually become pretty good friends and she trusts him well enough. Plus he gives Tommy someone to hang out with and she appreciates that.
Friend
They met during the trip to Wonderland when Namine got caught in Hatter's Domain. Kate saved her and they spent most of the week after that getting to know each other. Since then they've bonded and Kate has started to become a bit protective of the younger girl. She's even teaching her how to fight hand to hand and how to use a bow.
Friend/Training
Harry is kind of like everyone's derpy older brother or father. He's a bit of a busybody honestly but that's not necessarily a bad thing. He's a capable wizard and has already done all sorts of useful things for the people trapped in the Facility. Kate likes him quite a bit and definitely respects his efforts to make life in the Facility better.
Trustworthy
They've only spoken a few times but she is very much on Kate's good side. She's friendly enough, if a bit shy, and she's a very capable healer.
Cape/Healer/Trustworthy
DJINHDKMLGJUNFDMGJIHTRNFKM. That pretty much sums up Kate's feelings on the matter. She doesn't like Bucky much, though she does take great joy in messing with him. He's arrogant, insensitive and treats her like an incapable child. On the other hand, he is Captain America. She's pretty conflicted, actually. She does respect him though, as Captain America, at least. And when all is said and done, she does trust him.
Cape/Annoying/Trustworthy
She's honestly not sure what to think of Steve. He's from a point where she probably hasn't even been born yet so he doesn't know her. It's a little sad but, at the same time, it means that he doesn't have the same things against her that the Cap she knows does. She thinks he trusts her abilities but she's not sure. Subconsciously, she'd really like to be able to show him that she does know what she's doing. Besides that he's a nice, dad-like guy who seems really determined to protect everyone. Her conversations with him so far have definitely made her see why he's so important to everyone in her time.
Cape/Trustworthy
Wanda is Tommy and Billy's mother. Or something. She's still not sure what to make of this whole soul twins thing. Either way, she knows Billy and Tommy are excited about getting to know Wanda, even if Tommy tries to hide it. She wants it to work out for them so it really doesn't matter how she herself feels about Wanda. As long as Billy and Tommy are happy, she'll keep quiet.
Cape/Mother-in-law?
Most people would be sceptical when someone introduces themselves as the United States of America but Kate's seen so many weird things in her life that she just kind of took it in stride. Since then she and Alfred have kind of bonded and she considers him a friend. She owes him for trying to help them save Billy in Haven, even if it didn't work out.
Honorary Cape/Friend/Country
Kairi is an important person to Namine and that makes Kate want to get to know her. She stayed in suite 32 with the Young Avengers and Nami during zombie week. She seems determined to learn to defend herself and Kate has to respect that.
Trustworthy
Kate met Chie during their trip to Haven so she doesn't know the other girl very well yet. But they're the same age so that's already a point in Chie's favor. Not to mention that she seems to be very enthusiastic about martial arts. She seems like she could be a fun friend.
