I was day dreaming some more about this betta store idea today. My ideal plan is to open the first store in Cali then one here in austin and maybe another branch just for kittencuffs, haha. anyway we would have atleast 1 pair of every type of betta and then some. Just to help out the local breeders i will put a little name tag on the tank of their fish so they can get their names out there. what I was thinking is that a small percentage of the sales will go to the breeders to give them a boost w/ their fish keepnig efforts. anyway on opening day of all our stores I will invite Faith to give a talk and tour of the new store. everyone will be so excited that they will want to buy some fishies then and there and so of course they will most likely need new tanks. any well have em! only youll find no betta hexes or betta planters in my store! nope the smallest tank i will stock is a 1 gallon, so as to do my best to guearntee these bettas have a decent home. also each fish will come w/ a betta care pamphlet that squishes all those stupid rumors and gives disease info and other care tips. I will stock only medications and foods that I know are good. man oh man im so excited i want to start right now! but i have to go to college first :( but in a few years wait and see what happens. what do you guys think I should name the store? are there any other things you think i should carry? hints? tips? ideas? I can atleast start preliminary plans right now.
