And screw the career tests. A lot of people do well in jobs they're not supposed to fit in precisely because there personality isn't geared for it, so they end up being more innovative or just a counter balance to all their co-workers.

That's very logical, as when a person's personality is suited for a job, it gives them a slight advantage... if they know the trade. But, if the class clown's personality is more suited for an acters career, yet if they haven't been taught in acting, they would probably speak their lines monotonously.
