"Love is. It just is. And nothing you can say can make it go away. Because it is the point of why we are here. It is the highest point and once you are up there, looking down on everyone else, you're there forever. Because if you move right, you fall. You fall." Paulie Allister
If you've never agreed with this statement once in your life and felt it, you wouldn't get it.
There are two kinds of people in the world; Those who love the film Lost and Delirious and those who hate it. I personally, adore it and so does my best friend. A lot of my friends though can't stand it.
Mostly, I think people either have the thinking process of the character Paulie or they're totally removed from it. Which makes you either love or hate the movie cause you get it or you don't. I'm not saying the people who get the movie would jump off buildings, but they understand the emotional conflict of wanting to.
So there's me, my best friend, and a couple other girls we know. We're pretty intense and have (or had), I'll admit it, totally insane concepts of love. When I first saw this movie, I probably had one of the most unbelievable and tortured ideas of love that there was. Like it really is something that rules the world. The feeling at one point that love is all there is. We outgrow it, but some people don't.
And then there's others who are like, yeah love is great but it's not that big of a deal. They don't like the movie, they don't get it and never could get an emotional attachment to it. So, that's what I was thinking about today.
In other news. The debate over the clear shower curtain and removable shower head has been settled thanks to peace talks. I will buy them so I will get them and Shag has agreed.
BTW I'm not a total thrive of the depressing freak, Go Fish is my favorite romantic comedy EVER.
