Thursday, June 22 at 8 pm there will be a screening of the movie Serenity at the Lefont Plaza Theater off Ponce de Leon in Atlanta. Tickets are $12 at www.cantstoptheserenity.com, or $15 at the door. The full ticket price is going to Joss Whedon's favorite charity, Equality Now, an organization that works to end violence and discrimination against women and girls around the world. There will be door prizes and a costume contest in addition to the movie. It's a great cause and it's sounds so much fun!
