Oh man
Hay guys, Partial Differential Equations test tomorrow. I think I may actually get this stuff, which is awesome, but this is the only test til the final, so I gotta make it count! Woo, memorization of many Greek letters!
Also: Oil painting is a lot better than acrylic, I must say. The blending is smoother and the coats are fewer for light-on-dark. While the things I've been painting in my course are pretty lame (still-life, ugh), I've certainly got a feel for the medium now, so I look forward to the winter break when I can *finally* do a project I've been meaning to tackle in one medium or another. ;)
In other news, StarTropics is a pretty fun game. I've finally gotten around to playing it and I just left off at the beginning of Chapter 8. While it's no Karnov (who has some mystical aura to its cart for some reason to me), it's definitely one of my favorite NES games. I really hope Mike shows up in Brawl as an Assist Trophy (or just a plain trophy if he's unlucky. :/).
I've been tinkering around with making another LJ for my LA hacking, but I dunno if it would really serve a purpose. Perhaps I will just for the fun of it. (I'm learning how to write custom savestates now, whee! Perhaps I'll make a quick program to relay what I've found thus far.)
But in any case, it's late. I love winter 'cos it means the bed's warm and the covers are delightful when it comes time for sleep. It sucks to get up, but that feeling of finally getting the covers to be body temperature? Fantastic.
