Not much here besides work, video games, and art. Went to Hershey Park last weekend with a bunch o' college peoples and had a blast. :D Rode all the coasters, made fun of people going crazy-go-nuts riding said coasters, got free candy, owned at the new laser-weird ride by shooting Falco-stlye, and danced in the rain. I'd also like to comment on the fact that they had a Super Mario Bros arcade game ( :O!) with harder levels. Playing that game with a joystick's tough, man. :/
I just finished drawing/coloring 900+ enemies. I think I use up too much free time on dumb stuff like that, heh. XD My EarthBound comic's been goin' solid, I guess. The story's gonna be complex and stuff, and I've barely touched the surface. I'll prolly end up comicing it until time won't allow it, then I'll write out the rest or somethin'. :O
Work is gettin' boring. I now georeference stuff at the Carnegie Museum, meaning I take field note data and translate it using maps and programs into coordinates with proper error distances and stuff. It's all for the section of Herpetology in this big database project called Herpnet, which pools all collection data from museums around the US to one big place online where people can download ranges, info, and other stuff. Kinda neat in concept, but it's getting pretty dull after you have the main flow of things down. But hey, it's money. :3
Gonna go off to a friend's cabin on Friday for a long weekend. It'll be awesome, undoubtedly, and I shall return with silly stories and such. Perhaps they shall be shared, perhaps not (y'know, like the long-lost second half of my Philly shenanigans. Heh.). :O
So yeah, I live still and all that, but my time's gettin' eaten by comics, sitework for SM.net, making a silly RPG (to be released eventually :O ), and wasting several hours at the mercy of my GCN and piano. Score!
