8 - useful in any city. Think Boston.

13 - that's Rosselmash. Сельское машиностроение.

24 - cultural differences. Americans leave the highest tips. On the other hand, waiters around the world work for a salary, and in the US they are often assumed to complement the wages with tips, which therefore must be substantial.

32 - that's Tretyakov gallery (Третьяковская, because his name was Третьяков).

52 - they do already.

94 - where did it go?

115 - go to a decent Russian store, if you happen to live in the right neighborhood. Boston, NYC, LA DC, Baltimore, Chicago, etc, etc.
