(no subject)
My spring break starts on Thursday. It is Saturday. I just finished my spring break homework. Mwa ha ha ha!
I put the discussion of fan fiction in my article on Chaucer's Anelida and Arcite. My only worry is that this discussion was only supposed to be 2 pages or so, and it's 4. Once I sink my teeth into the luscious topic of the history of fan fiction, I don't want to let go! But I'll take it to Dr. D, and she'll let me know what she thinks.

EDIT 3 PM: Just took a lovely walk. There were some roads around us that I really wanted to explore, so I did a rekkie. There are some really beautiful houses near us! One of the roads I went up was surreal: the road was one-lane, paved, with really beautiful houses. It was also isolated, and the road was so small, it almost seemed like it must be a fake neighborhood. It was waaaay up on the ridge of one of the highest hills in the area, so that if you look across the people's backyards you can see the whole way across town. There were also houses on down on the other side of the hill, and in one place there was a Victorian-style house with a very small top floor (3rd floor? 4th?) whose little roof was just below the height of the yard of his neighbor up the hill. That hilltop neighbor could have walked down his driveway and jumped straight onto his neighbor's roof. And of course, everything was really beautiful because the sun is so bright and the sky is so clear, and the grass is starting to look green. I saw daffodils and violets blooming, and I found a robin feather.
