I need this icon today:

I woke up a little after 6AM--of course, this is the one day I could have slept in till 8 and my body woke me up at 6. As soon as I was done with breakfast etc around 7 I got started on my three tons of reading. Read Schiller, Wordsworth, started Shelley. Took an hour break in the middle to watch a TV show because Shelley was no longer going into my brain. Started on the lighter readings for my other class. I'm quickly going braindead. However, it was very nice to stumble across this little bit of wit at the beginning of one of my readings:

It is probably both fortuitous and overdetermined that the critic most responsible for the view of dialect writing that American cultural studies critics are challenging today was a man by the name of Krapp.

I have to say that later in the article when I unexpectedly came across the name [Because of the longstanding assumption (articulated by Krapp)...], it made me laugh out loud.

I still have the rest of Shelley to go, as well as shorter readings by Poe, Eliot, Barthes and Foucault, and five (FIVE! DEAR GOD!) critical articles for my lit class. But I also have almost all of Friday and Saturday to do them in, so I'm not terribly worried yet. I'll try to get through a bit more (finish Shelley, at least >_<) today, and then I'm shutting down.
