Blast it all!
So like yeah our apartment sucks and we want to get the *F* out...so what else is new right? Ya'll have hurd me bitch about it before, well, we seriously need to get out NOW!
Why you may ask? well let me rant a bit here...
Got a letter from our rental office saying in that age all phrase "It's that time again" for the renewal of our lease. The letter went on to say that if we want to sign on for another year it's another 45 bucks, not bad bc our rent now is 1100, BUUUTTTTTT if we rent month to month, which we were thinking of doing (and you'll know why in a moment) it would slap another 150 dollars to our rent IN ADDITION TO the 45 buck making the total around 1295, JESUS CRIST ON A POPSICKLE STIX!!! (I thought to myself) thats a little too rich for my blood for a little POS in Little Mexico!!
SO the search for a new place, buying or renting has become top priority if we can't find a new home by mid June when the lease is up, HOPEFULLY we'll only have to pay rent for July...hope hope hope, it'll all depend on how sucessful we are at finding a new place within this next month.
Wholy moly this sucks, oh well I'll take it as a learning experience and end with this...
No matter what happens, good or bad, all I'll have to say is "Todays is gonna be a good day" and that will make it allll better and possibly less stressful (one can only hope)
