wtf man its overboard!
So this is what happened today...
I come home from staying over the night at Jessica's, it's about 3:45ish, so i kick back and rest over the computer, when someone was knocking on my door. it was ood, because nobody comes around this time. so i go and check it out, and at the door was some guy, in a suit. He asked for David Sarmiento and i said this was him. He said "hi, yes my name is .... and i'm from the AllianceOne Receivables Management, and you are past due to a court payment of $510 dollars, and it is my duty for you to uphold this fee and make an immediate payment." i was in shock, they send someone out to collect the money from me. so i told him "well i just recently started a job nearby and im work full time and i'm expecting a paycheck of about 600-700 bucks, and since i know of this bill, i'll pay it off on saturday, i get my paycheck on friday." he said "well you have exactly 10 days to make this full payment," and we continued to discuss that its the 10th day that i'll be making the payment, and he got all my information and my cell number, so he is going to be checking up on me to uphold my word in the agreement and to make this payment. right after he left, i received a call from work to come in early, so i figured i should be working everyday now.
in the end i honestly believe that this has gone too far, and i know there are alot of people that agree with me that this shouldn't be. i'm working my ass off with nothing but the shirt on my back, i got no car, i'm having to pay rent for living here now, and i'm having to pay for pretty much everything, execpt air and water, and it's just soo shitty to work for nothing i deserve to pay for.
i'm asking everyone, do you think this is fair? is there anyway this can be resolved?
