so here's how it goes...
i went to the superior court, right? first off, the mexican lady that works there thought i was a girl, that sorta pissed me off, but she was a bearer a good news. i told her i missed yesterdays court appearance, and that i would be glad to show up at todays appeal. she said "no problem, if you were not to call any sooner, we were about to file you as a missed court date, and you would of payed an additional 250+ dollars to your already posted 250 dollar bail fee, PLUS, an arrest warrant for a few days in jail (yay me, i get to be someone's bitch), you're license suspended for 6 months, and go to traffic school." i was like STFU, are you serious? i'm 18 bitch, so i asked her now that i'm here, i do not have the money, and i want to plead innocent. she said i could appear in night court, or i could get an extension. an extension? i was like, lemmie get one of those, and she said, you got to march 30th, and this is you're only extension, otherwise, i'd have to go to court for another one, and now my fee jumps up to 300 dollars, which are due march 30th.
WTF alright?
my car's still busted, and i might be selling it for an old '67 VW beetle.
