Ah... finally a breath of fresh air for S4!!! They should hire you to write for the show. That being said, maybe this should more properly be the first episode in S5 because it doesn't end on the obligatory cliffhanger. No matter. You wrote it and I adore it!!! Thank goodness, we don't have to wait for AT, DK, & MW to realize there are problems with S4 and fix it because you've already done it for us. MORE, PLEASE!

In all honesty, I try not to think too deeply about the characters and just enjoy the show because I like AT, DK, and MW. Additionally, because I find Will's behavior so annoying most of the time, I don't mind Helen's snitty attitude. However, I have found myself skipping the first airing of the show, which means I'm losing interest. I would love to see Sanctuary go on - and especially to include more of Tesla. They have hundreds of years of history to play with, so the possible stories are almost endless. Even Peter Wingfield said that he'd like to come back as his school schedule allows, so they could continue to develop the characters through back story, including more of Tesla, Watson, and Druitt. If you look at who has written and directed the episodes this year, they've narrowed their staff significantly and perhaps that has given them sort of tunnel vision creatively.

I'm really glad it worked for you. There is so much potential for so many good stories, and this season is just not delivering. It's fixable, and I so wish they would fix it!
