Mr. Setrakian is too kind. Most of the abandoned Armenian seniors do have relatives and many even have their own children. The pieces of garbage that those children are, they do not provide for their impoverished parents neither materially nor emotionally. I know some of these people first-hand (and if even I, not a social person at all, know that type of people directly, they are probably spread in the society much more widely).
