I somewhat agree. Think about what you can change and what you can't... then act on the things that you can change that will ultimately improve your life and make you happy. For instance... you can't change the health of your family members and you can't keep your parents from fighting (they have their own problems, not just their worries about you, I'm sure), so don't beat yourself up over those. On the other hand, think about the things/people that are causing the most stress and making you feel like a failure and CHANGE them.

For instance, if you can sit in a car long enough drive to see your bf, then you can probably survive long enough to drive to class and sit through the lecture... just take some medicine and go back to school. Also, my mom has the same back problems (just a lot more discs are injured) and she says that mild exercise like walking REALLY makes her back feel better because it strengthens the muscles around the back and it helps adjust her spine and alleviate the pressure. I'm not sure if you'll be able to get to work anytime soon, but you can at least take a class or two.

Now what else.... well, we've all given you suggestions about your bf, so any changes there are up to you.

Please, stop comparing yourself to your baby sis. We're all different and parents should NEVER compare one sibling to another. We all have our strengths and weaknesses (for instance, I bet she couldn't draw or sing nearly as well as you can!!).

Just re-evaluate your life and figure out what you like about and what you want to change and then CHANGE IT. We have control and free-will over so many aspects of our life! Good luck!!

Love ya - your cuz
