I have decided that it is among some of the most amusing things in the world to go for a hike and then end up sitting down with a full fancy meal and watching the other hikers walk by. They look at you like you're crazy. And you can imagine them that night.
Hiker: Dear, my friend [insert name here] and I saw the craziest thing today.
Husband: Oh? What did you see?
Hiker: There was this group of crazy people who had hiked in with a table and chairs. They had put a tablecloth on the table and were drinking wine with their picnic lunch.
Husband: Really?
Hiker: Yes
...and the conversation would continue on...
But we're not crazy, even if it did amuse me to no end.
