Monday 11th January
Breakfast 1 piece of toast with low fat spread and marmite
Dinner small jacket potato with beans
Tea quorn meat pie with ½ tin of peas, gravy and ½ tin of new potatos roasted in onecal spray oil
Snack irish cream cake bar
Exercise 10 minutes on rowing machine
Tuesday 12th January
Breakfast ½ tin of beans on 1 piece of toast with low fat spread.
Apple Juice.
Dinner ½ tin of peas with ½ tin of new potatos and gravy
Tea Chilli.
½ tin of tomatos, ½ tin kidney beans, mushrooms, peppers, onion, quorn mince, chilli’s.
½ bag of rice
Snack Slice of garlic bread.
