Про подписку на продукты Adobe

Собралась таки вчера пообщаться с саппортом Адоба на тему изменений цен на их продукты. У меня этих продуктов было два - Иллюстратор и Фотошоп/Лайтрум - оба по годовым подпискам с помесячной оплатой. Одна подписка должна была обновиться 15 января, вторая - 18 января. Что по логике предполагало, что цены должны остаться старые, то есть действующие

Вот кусок переписки, в котором они утверждают, что при такой подписке цена вырастет:

Humney: I would like to inform you that the change in price will effect from all payments after February 9, 2017.
Humney: So, you will be charged old price for your subscriptions on 15th and 18th January .
Elena Solovova: Ok. So if I have one-year subscription and it will renew BEFORE 9 February I will pay for it by old price till the end of the year period?
Humney: Can you stay online for 2 - 3 minutes while I check on this information for you?
Elena Solovova: Yes.
Humney: Thank you for staying online.
Humney: We appreciate your patience and apologize for the wait.
Humney: I apologize for the delay.
Humney: I would like to inform you that the monthly payments for your subscription will go up after 9 February 2017 for all types of subscriptions except the prepaid subscription.
Elena Solovova: Even if it is one-year plan?
Humney: Yes ! If you go for a monthly plan, the price will increase.
Humney: And if you go for a purchase of prepaid plan, then there is no monthly payment issues.
Elena Solovova: I have one-year plan and not going to change it. But for this plan Adobe taking payments monthly. So it will increase or not?
Humney: Yes. The price will increase for you subscription.

Переписался на помесячную и саппорт заверил, что так я буду платить по старой цене. Транскрипт чата есть. Правая рука не знает, что делает левая :(
