Anyone looking for a place above us?

things continue to escalate at the Baldwin/Willows residence. People upstairs are choosing not to provide the most livable situation and continue to create a generally awkward household.

Unfortunately they feel the need to confront us about their issues and frankly it's getting frustrating and we aren't putting up with it anymore, Steve has been adament in talking with them to let them know we don't appreciate the smoke, loud noise etc (as i'm a coward and can easily be a push over, that or become really jerkish) and finally we've just made a point of contacting the landlord giving him a greater idea of our suffering and he's agreed that maybe the time is coming that they not reside upstairs anymore and as much as I want to be able to have compassion for them I really do hope that we could get some new and kind neighbours up there. If anyone is interested in living above us... Let us know it'd probably be good for a group of a few of you, we're really close to a bus stop that takes you to the skytrain and it's quite a pleasant area, right beside an urban park so it's quiet (well so long as the upstairs tennants are gone)

I probably shouldn't get too carried away, however, if they do move out, we'd love to be able to recommend some people.
