Spring Cleaning
Well, depending on how you look at it, Spring Cleaning either came early or late this year. Yeah, I spent the day cleaning. How boring! Man it sucked, but it needed to get done. I am so tired and my feet hurt!
I did find somethings that I had forgotten I even had, like my old comic books. I didn't have a chance to look through them though. If I had done that, I would of never had finished! LOL! A couple of things I found really took me back and made me smile. The first was a picture, well drawing of a dragon my best friend did for me. I can't believe that I had forgotten what a great drawer he was. I will try and scan it later and post it somewhere. Not that I actually have any friends yet that are going to look at it! LOL!
The other thing I found was a letter from another best friend of mine. I don't know why exactly she gave it to me, but it was so touching and it still is. I think I will share it here.

Well, it is that time of year where everyone says their goodbye's and says "see you later." And for me, it's pretty hard since I can't even let them take away my Honor Band Folder. LOL! Anyways, this is where I say thank you for always being a great friend. Even though I will be living in Austin and you in San Antonio, we will still meet again and catch up on new and old things. You can call me whenever you want. Promise. No matter what time, what day, or moment. If you ever feel upset or sad where you feel you cannot talk to anyone, think of me and call. I will try to be there to the best of my capabilities. I will miss you and you know that. You're a great guy with the greatest heart. If there is ever advice that I want you to think of and always remember is this...

Love yourself. No matter who says or does what. You have the greatest heart and soul a person could ever admire. The people in this world can be harsh, but they don't matter. Think if whether those naive people are people that are important or friends. If they are not, they are nothing to worry about. People like me, Rox, Catrina, Trey, Sabrina and ect. are always going to be here. We may not be there all the time because of school, but remember we all love you. Never let anyone tell you different or make you feel you're not worth anything because you're the greatest Art! I promise. Believe me. I've truly met people that make life happier, better, livelier and well, you're one of the top ones on my list. I love you Art, always remember that. Well, I guess this is the time where I sign off and say see you later. You're the best Turo, Art, Mafia Man, and best of all, MOOOOSSEEEEE!! Well, see you later Turo!
Reading that again made me smile. It also made me sad. I haven't seen Stephanie (the writer of that letter) or any of those other names mentioned for nearly 3 years now. That letter was so touching. I can't believe I didn't see it for what it was worth when I first got it. Maybe if I had, I would of tried a hell of a lot harder to keep in contact with her.
