The Nightmare Before Thanksgiving

Today was a day that made me a special kind of pissed off. I left school to head back to the dorms, but when I walked over to the Brookline Village stop, there were about eighty people there; apparently, a tree blew over on to the tracks over by Kenmore. The city of Boston then sent a few buses to get us to Riverside. Of course, with my pathetic excuse for luck, I got the one bus driver in Boston that doesn't know how to get anywhere - fancy that. Anyway, so by the time we get on the train headed to Riverside, the shuttle back to Regis is about to leave, so Scott called them and asked them to wait ten minutes given the delay with the train service; the fucker didn't wait for us, and they wouldn't send another shuttle for about an hour. Tyson and his friend offered a ride, and three people immediately flew into the back. I was not in the mood to wait in the cold and wind for an hour, so I said fuck it and hopped in the trunk. Once back at Regis, I ate lunch and headed to the mall to pick up my check. AS if the day wasn't magical enough, my manager fucked up adding my hours to the payroll so I didn't get a check. I blew off some steam at Guitar Center for a few hours. This is only a foreshadowing of what is to come over the next four years; Dubya's re-election has already begun to unravel the Earth itself.
