rain and things
reasons i need to bring my camera with me everywhere/things i came across doing my mundane this week:
the asian guy who dances pants every now and then near my apartment wearing hot pants in the rain.
the kids dressed up as zombies limping through the produce isle of my grocery store the other day.
the grit and grime of an old american city and how sometimes while walking it just strikes me as beautiful.
how the altering of a poster for "the last kiss" at the damen el stop has become a communal art piece that keeps getting layers added to it every day.
the guy i saw the other day with a mullet, tight acid wash jeans, white loafers with no socks, and cop glasses and how awesome his hideous choice of clothing was.
the old chinese lady in the el station downtown playing an er-hu.
two words; bum fight!
anywhoo, i thought i lost my train/bus pass, which worried the fuck out of me, but i found it so hurrah..
i thought of an AWESOME halloween costume, that would actually be rather warm too, but i'm not sure if i'll be able to do it(think bunny suit minus one foot plus crutches.. oh yeah, unlucky bunny!)
