I was just pondering this: How can messages be universal? No one knows what the whole universe thinks like. That's like a rabbit saying all ants like to have their scapulae massaged. No one knows what a universal message is. It's an incorrect phrase, and I'm never using it again. Ever.
Anyway.
I finally watched Kill Bill Volume Two last night. Lee came over, it was fun. I enjoyed the conclusion, though it seemed a bit overdramatic. Quentin Tarantino really knows what he's doing, that genius. I wish I had a brain like his.
Another good movie I saw just recently: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It was amazing... wow... it ranks up there with the rest of my favorites. A beautifully crafted plot, and of course impeccable filmmaking. I loved it to the core. To the CORE. Mhm.
Today, I forgot my dad's The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari DVD at Matt's house. Oops! I hate when I forget things. That seems to happen a lot. We had a good time, though. Lee and Kevin came over and we lit incense, bounced a big plastic ball around, ate candy corn, played with a Slinky and took part in other such nonsensical amusements. Yay!
I am very tired. It was kind of a long day. I should get some sleep, for once. I have to do a lot of homework tomorrow, anyway... bah.
