sled godini
the closest i could come to finding a really sweet movie about the iditarod on imdb was a bulgarian movie called sled godini. i dont know what tha tmovie is about, but probably not a dog race.
russell crowe is a multi-talented man. tonight we found out he can drive a sea faring ship really well. my movie review of master and commander is that it was a good movie. if you see it, you'll like that one little kid, and you'll cringe at that one scene, and you'll think that dude from lord of the rings is pretty good at steering the ship (and really excited when mr crowe compliments his eyesight, and yes i know his name is billy boyd), and you will think other things about different scenes too. you'll have a good time.
well its late and i smell like barbecue (from the barbecue earlier) so i'd better get to bed, or at least get in bed, pick up my book to read, read two words, and then fall asleep and drop the book onto my face.
ps earlier we shared ghost stories around the grill and brad's story which is actually one of his coworkers' stories about the ghost seen crouching in front of a closet searching for something was the creepiest. what was the ghost looking for?!?!? yikes. as for me, once a ghost shook my mom's china cabinet, and once i smelled a ghost that smelled like a fish. i didn't really feel menaced either time.
