I'm not sure. I think there are good reasons for either side. Though Risa and David seem to have been fighting that they're not wolves a lot harder than Viola and Fon.

Risa's a lot louder than any of the other three, so the fighting could just be her... but I guess they are more likely? Viola doesn't seem like she would put up with being a wolf.
