The department of Homeland Security just took over the situation in new orleans and reservist are being asked to volunteer. right now it is all voluntary but it may be manditary by the 10th. I do not want to go just on the fact i do not want to miss another semester of school. i already feel like the slow kid. and i will not hesitate to shoot a member of the gangs now running new orleans.
