[Arslan probably will on his way back out. He'll notice the tea but won't ask how the experiments in Death and tea are going. Instead, he'll kind of move into view.]

It seems I finally have my sword back.

FROM HOME?

Yes. Would you like to see?

I WOULD.

[arslansenki]

[Arslan carefully holds the still-sheathed sword out to Death so he can take it to look if he wants. It's a rather plain blade, obviously meant for combat and not decoration.]

[Death takes it and then takes out the sword to look at it carefully.]

[arslansenki]

[The sword is fairly plain, but well-crafted and obviously it has been taken care of. The only wear it will show will be the usual that a blade would after being used for a time and involved in battles.]

[He places it back in the sheath and passes it back to Arslan]

HAVE YOU HAD IT LONG?

A year or two now I think. [Arslan takes the sword and shifts to let it fall to his side in his hand; he'll secure it properly later]

AND DO YOU FIGHT WITH IT MUCH?

[arslansenki]

No. Usually my soldiers fight, and my strategist keeps me from being too far into the front of the battle.

[likescats]

I SEE.

[arslansenki]

[Arslan smiles softly. He isn't going to admit that he feels a bit guilty about the fact he's usually near the back, or hidden, and thus protected; he understands why Narsus has him in such positions already.]

I can use it though. I intend to practice when I can here.
