someone just slapped santa
i had a pretty good day today. didn't go to school. andrew came over and visited me cuz i wasn't feeling good. after he left i couldn't go back to sleep so koichi came and got me and we hung out with gabe and alex for a little bit. that was really fun.. cuz there was a really nice suprize there. then koko took me to get my blood taken.......... then we met andrew at Belwood's and ate the best lunch. i went to my psychiatrist who kinda annoyed me cuz he didn't seem too concerned about my depression after i said i wouldn't do "light therapy". For those who dont know what this is, basically, you get up at 6 am and stare at a special light for an hour. And you CHOOSE to do this. Its for people who get "seasonal depression" or are depressed more when its dark more. The conclusion was, its normal to be depressed when you're around depressing things. its not that bad right now. but sometimes it is. he gave me a prescription for double my dose of litium as needed. i went to andrews afterwards. we had a really good time. we talked so much about everything and it was really great. i dunno, we were talking about life and how we used to view things and how we've changed and shit. it made me really happy. we think so similarly. i love him.
