and here is Pepper being adorable.
Converse is having and additional 30% off of their clearance. I want to get a couple pairs for the kidlets but we have rent coming up and my not working is starting to take its toll. I should be getting a check for my paid family leave very soon... like I think it's already late.... I should call them today, we just filed taxes, and James owes me money so theoretically I should not be hurting but I also don't want to count my chickens before they hatch.
I want to move out of this apartment very badly. Jayton needs a backyard to run around in. I feel bad keeping him cooped up in the house when I can't schedule a trip to the park in our day. We also need a laundry room, third bedroom and would also love to have a separate den/family room/basement for James' stuff and second bathroom. I'd like to pay about 1500/mo but we'd realistically need to look in the 1600 range of Martinez and Concord and add about 10-20 minutes to my commute every day. Everything in Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill that would be big enough starts at around 1800.
Craptacular.
Today I'm off to drop off Jayton's fundraiser money (hello See's candy!) and (weather permitting) stop by the park so he can burn off some energy.
eta - weather not permitting :(
