my precious babies, and the microcosm of them, and ryan being left ALONE WITH SICKNESS, this is the cruelest twist! but an awesome one! but everybody was so worried, and the good doctor way inclusion, and all the throwbacks to ryan's past. and madrigal, i missed her! and curling around ryan and keeping him warm, and the chain thing. and then ryan calms THEM down.

also, oh man. He tried to cling to them, somehow certain they wouldn't let anything bad happen - he got there, after all, didn't he? even when he's all unconscious and hurt. this is just so. reassuring. and amazing.

We are! A tentative and taking-it-slow thing, partially because they've never been poly before and I've never been, uh, anything before (one week of dating Creepy Ex and two weeks of avoiding him don't really count, I don't think), and partially also because Lady #1's grandfather died, so while Lady A and I have been mutually distracting her, it hasn't been the moment for Deeply Serious Life Changes. But we've agreed that we are a Thing, so. :D
