Changed my layout. The header part breaks with Chrome (maybe it'll be fixed if I add an image header..?), but works in Firefox. =_= *prods it* Lj's "Customize journal Style" section is more complicated than it was when I last changed my layout, and it's still too early in the morning for this. =_= Someone tell me why the sidebar text area isn't ( Read more... )

Hmmm. For the Chrome thing, it's likely because layout makers usually code layouts with Firefox, IE, or the other better known browsers in mind - Google Chrome's still pretty new, after all.

Also, for the sidebar text area, go to Customize Journal Style >> Sidebar >> Show the blurb/free text in the sidebar? Make sure that it's set to yes.

No. It's been tested in Chrome. And it also fucks up in firefox when I go past the first page.

I've been looking for that option everywhere. It's not there. :| odd.

IDK, but maybe it's because my layout is in Flexible Squares. Yours is Smooth Sailing, right? What're the options that you do have? Start with the tabs. What does it say there?

Maybe it doesn't. Interestingly, the body's aligned when I reply to comments. Likely content of post = variable for page breakage esp. if there are images.

I'll show you tomorrow if we can drop by the lib computers. Easier that way.
