Some of the best scientists in the world were asked, "What scientific concept would improve everybody's cognitive toolkit?
There's sooooo much good stuff to read there!

First few classes of the semester are going smoothly so far. The review period is always a great way to get into a false sense of security about schoolwork for the rest of the semester.

It was -17 this morning when I drove in to school. My car didn't start! It didn't last night either, jumping cars is so easy but obnoxious.

Layers of blankets used last night:
(From body to air)
Top sheet
Huge, thin, loose-knitty blanket
Light, thick comforter
Typically unbeatable massive, dense wool blanket
Fuzzy nice-for-touching blanket
(The rest are over the feet)
Loose knit afghan
Homemade pink-argyle blanket
Smaller version of the fuzzy nice-for-touching blanket but fuzzier and nicer for touching

7 blankets! What did you do to stay warm?

toolkit, blanket, cold, start
